The LIFE ECOTEX Project involves five partners:

GAIKER-IK4, is a private and non profit organisation devoted to research and offering innovative technological solutions for corporations. As part of IK4 Research alliance, since its inception in 1985, GAIKER-IK4 has carried out around 1.800 Research and Development Projects related to its Areas of Knowledge – Biotechnology, Environment, Recycling and Plastics & Composites. Additionally, GAIKER-IK4 provides Advanced Technological Services, Lab Testing and Technological Dissemination Services.
CTCR
CTCR. Centro Tecnológico del Calzado de la Rioja, is a private non-profit association located in Arnedo (La Rioja), with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of businesses creating added value in products and production processes.
BETA
BETA RENOWABLE GROUP S.A., is a company strongly positioned in the energetic sector mainly specialized in production, distribution and putting on market either combustibles or biocombustibles. The company is actively involved in technology and environmental services, innovation and development of projects related to second generation biofuels (Bio-Diesel, Bio-Gas, Fischer-Tropsch…). Betagroup has over 90 employees that are distributed in the Head Offices (located in Gijón), 2 biodiesel production plants (overall capacity of 45.000 mt/year) and 10 petrol stations (mainly located in the north of Spain).
EKOREC
EKO-REC Ecología, Reciclaje y Medio Ambiente, S.L., is a Basque Company specialized in PET recycling. Starting with postconsumer PET bottles, EKO-REC produce for the industry goods which assure an environmental improvement and a CO2 emission reduction.
LOGROTEX
LOGROTEX, founded over 55 years ago, is located in Logroño (La Rioja). In 1989, LOGROTEX converted its facilities to manufacture non-wovens for use in different industrial sectors.
